1. Service Description
Commerce OS is a multi-tenant SaaS e-commerce platform designed for modern merchants. It provides tools for product catalog management, order processing, payment collection, and delivery coordination.
Commerce OS هي منصة SaaS متعددة المستأجرين للتجارة الإلكترونية مصممة للتجار الحديثين. توفر أدوات لإدارة المنتجات ومعالجة الطلبات وجمع المدفوعات وتنسيق التوصيل.
2. Account Requirements
Merchants must provide a verified email address and phone number. All business information must be accurate and lawful.
يجب على التجار تقديم بريد إلكتروني ورقم هاتف مُحققين. يجب أن تكون جميع معلومات العمل دقيقة وقانونية.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate product listings, lawful business conduct, and timely order fulfillment. Commerce OS is not liable for merchant disputes with customers.
أنت مسؤول عن دقة قوائم المنتجات والسلوك التجاري القانوني والوفاء بالطلبات في الوقت المناسب. Commerce OS ليست مسؤولة عن النزاعات بين التجار والعملاء.
4. Payment Terms
Supported payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and Stripe card payments. All transactions are denominated in Libyan Dinar (LYD) unless otherwise specified.
تشمل طرق الدفع المدعومة الدفع عند الاستلام والتحويل البنكي ومدفوعات البطاقة عبر Stripe. جميع المعاملات بالدينار الليبي ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are processed according to the order lifecycle managed by the platform. Merchants may issue partial or full refunds through the admin interface. Refund eligibility is determined by the merchant's stated policy.
تُعالج المبالغ المستردة وفقًا لدورة حياة الطلب التي تديرها المنصة. يمكن للتجار إصدار مبالغ مستردة جزئية أو كاملة عبر واجهة الإدارة.
6. Platform Availability
Commerce OS is provided on a best-effort basis. During the beta period, no uptime SLA is guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
يتم توفير Commerce OS على أساس أفضل جهد. خلال فترة البيتا، لا يوجد ضمان لاتفاقية مستوى الخدمة. سيتم الإعلان عن الصيانة المجدولة مسبقًا كلما أمكن ذلك.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Libya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tripoli.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ليبيا. يتم حل أي نزاعات في محاكم طرابلس.
